What’s included in a regular cleaning?
A regular cleaning covers all essential areas of your home: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, wiping surfaces, cleaning mirrors, and emptying trash. It follows the exact checklist in our Operations Manual to ensure consistent results every visit.
What’s the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning includes everything in a regular cleaning plus hand‑wiped baseboards, blinds, doors, moldings, cabinet fronts, light fixtures, detailed bathroom scrubbing, and more. It’s ideal for first‑time cleanings, seasonal cleanings, or homes that need extra attention.
Do I need to prepare my home before the cleaning?
Yes — we ask that personal items, toys, clothes, and clutter be picked up so our team can clean efficiently. Dishes are not included in service, and pets should be secured for everyone’s safety.
How does your quoting process work?
After you contact us, we schedule a walk‑through appointment to see your space in person. This allows us to give an accurate, fair quote based on size, condition, and service type. Quotes are always free.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24‑hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee. If you ever have concerns about a cleaning, please report them within 72 hours — we guarantee our work and will fix any issues at no charge.
